Export ticket audits from ticketing platforms and upload them via a csv into an event in Prism! Whether you are building out complicated ticket scaling for an offer or settling with a ton of ticket tiers, the Import CSV option will ensure that all tickets are added quickly and reliably.

Note: This is a beta feature! If you would like it to be enabled on your account, contact [email protected].

Format a csv for Import into Prism

The Import CSV button on the Revenue tab of an event allows you to import into the Name, Allotment, Comps, Kills, Price, Est. Sold, and Sold column in Prism.

Name the column headers exactly how they are named in Prism and add ticketing data in the rows below. You can use this google sheet as a template for upload - all of the headers match Prism exactly. Be sure that there are no spaces before or after column names or data when you import.

Below is an example of what an import might look like. Make sure to save the file as a csv when you are done adding ticketing data.

How to Import Tickets

  1. Create a csv with column headers for the columns you'd like to upload into.

  2. Click the Import button on the Revenue Tab of an event

  3. Drag and drop or browse to upload the csv and click "Upload"

  4. Select which tickets you'd like to import

    1. You have the option to either map the tickets to an existing Prism ticket or create a new ticket tier.

      1. Mapping tickets

        1. To map tickets, select a Prism ticket in the dropdown on the right side of the table. Any data in the import will replace the data that already existed for that tier. If you do not want to replace certain data like name or price when mapping, leave those fields blank in the csv.

        2. Note: If any tiers on the csv match the name of tiers in Prism, Prism will auto-select that tier in the "Prism Ticket" column for mapping. To create a new ticket instead, adjust the dropdown to "New Ticket."

      2. Create a new ticket tier

        1. To create a new tier, do not select any Prism ticket in the dropdown on the right side of the table. Any data in the import will create a new ticket tier on the revenue tab and any existing tiers will remain unchanged.

  5. Click the Import data button.

Note: Ticket prices will be displayed in the event's currency regardless of what currency is in the csv.

Troubleshooting

If the Name or Price column is blank for any tiers, you will need to map it to an existing Prism tier.
