Hey there, traveler!

Easy now, take a load off.

You've stumbled upon the Help Center for our wonderful software, Prism.fm! Yes, our Help Center is jam-packed full of glossaries, how-to guides, videos, and more, but you need to be logged into Prism to access it.

What's that? Oh, you are logged in?

Fear not - we'll get this sorted. I need you to check a couple of things for us:

  1. Are you accessing the Help Center through the same browser that you are currently logged into Prism? If not, go ahead and switch to the window where Prism is open, and try accessing from there.

  2. Do you have an ad-blocker currently enabled? Ad-blockers and privacy blockers can interfere with our authentication system that verifies that you are a Prism user. If you would kindly disable your ad-blocker or privacy blocker specifically for this site (and Prism.fm), that should do it.

Still having issues? Please reach out to us at [email protected]!
